The 3D Scanner creates accurate and photorealistic 3D model of area. It works in Three Simple Steps:
- 3D Scanning of desired area using scanner.
- Conversion of scanned data to point cloud data using software.
- Conversion of point cloud data to 3D model in the desired working environment.
We use this 3D model for further engineering & modifications in the plant.

BROWNFIELD PROJECT
Engineering in Brownfield Projects / Existing Plants has many limitations like unavailability of as built drawings, editable soft copies, latest updates etc. These limitations are eliminated by using 3D scanner which creates accurate 3D model of area. We use this accurate 3D model for further engineering & modifications in the plant. For example, taking tie points in existing plant is a very critical and time-consuming activity. This entire procedure is simplified using this 3D scanner.

GREENFIELD PROJECT
Site measurement and documentation is time consuming, tedious and person dependent activity in projects. These limitations are eliminated by using 3D scanner which creates accurate 3D model of area. The scanned data is accurate and cannot be tampered with. Measurement of site activity is exact and thus saves time and money. Multiple scans can be used to track progress

AS BUILT DOCUMENTATION
3D scanner is used to scan area to be documented and accurate 3D model of area is made. This 3D model is used to make as built documentation. This is a very fast process and has no errors as measurement of dimensions is not person dependent
