We offer FEED(Front End Engineering & Design)/BEP (Basic Engineering Package) services.
In FEED the project delivery is split in two phases; in the first, engineers set the design parameters which define the work scope, and break the work down into work packages for budgeting and planning process, to a level sufficient to allow the Owner to go out to the market to tender the work.
This is Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED) stage. It is known as the basic (or conceptional) engineering.
We offer a FEED package that results in a basic engineering package, sometimes referred to as process design packages (PDPs) which is sufficiently progressed to enable competitive bids to be obtained on a lump sum basis.
The deliverables of a FEED package can contain one or more of the following as per Client requirements:
1. Project Design Basis
2. Process description
3. Process Flow Diagrams with Material Balance
4. Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams
5. Utility Summary
6. Equipment List
7. Process Datasheets
8. Piping Specification
9. Electrical Section
10. Instrumentation Section
11. Preliminary Equipment Layout
12. Plot Plan
13. Line list
14. Insulation Specification
15. HAZOP Recommendation
16. List of permits / approvals Required
17. Building Specifications
18. Project Schedule
19. Overall Process Scheme showing Pollution Control Equipment
20. Overall Water Balance
21. Project Cost
